Taco Taters – Family recipes and a few of my own

Arranged crispy crowns on baking sheet, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Lawrys. Bake according to package directions.

Cook taco meat according to taco seasoning directions.

Heat cheese  in small sauce pan.

Layer crowns, meat, and cheese on a plate then add a dollop of sour cream, two dollops of guacamole and sprinkle with the onions and cilantro. Top with black olives.
