Dill Pickle Pasta Salad – Recipes from the Carolina Boondocks

Amazing Summer Side Dish!!

  • 1 pound macaroni pasta cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups dill pickles chopped
  • 1 8oz block of cheese of choice diced small
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 5 oz fresh minced dill
  • 1/2 small purple onion diced small
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • Cook the pasta to al dente, drain and rinse.Combine the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. fold in the pasta and chill at least 2 hours.
